healdlights wont turn off! HELP!

I have a '99 Catera..and the headlights wont turn off. This happened a few months ago and the dealer replaced all the sensors..and no problems. Then the other day it happened again, PLUS the horn started beeping I dont know why and could get it to stop. After a time, they both stopped. :shakehead

Any ideas???
