TPS Sensor low input

I've had my SES light on for a while now and finally got it scanned yesterday at Autozone. I have three problems, the main one being that my TPS isn't getting enough input/voltage. I was curious where to start with that. My other problems were a #3 cylinder misfire and an emission control problem. Time to get to work! Thanks for any help on the TPS. I'm assuming the cylinder problem is a dirty injector or bad plug. I also have no where to start on the emission control. Thanks for any help.

Anybody know where to start with the TPS? I haven't done a lot of electrical/sensor work so any thing is appreciated.
