1992 LaSabre Electrical problems

I have a really strange problem with my 1992 Buick LeSabre. The first thing that happened was that the dinger became very sluggish and sound like it was winding down. Then, shortly thereafter, I noted that the dome lights and the floorboard lights remain on any time the ignition is on. Every time the car is started, the clock resets to 12 and the radio resetes itself from my favorite FM station to the first available AM station. The dinger dings likes it is on it's last leg when the key is in the ignition and the door is opened but does not dig when the headlights are on and the door is opened.
