Looking to buy 94 Legend, 120,000-$6800

I am looking at a 94 Acura Legend, leather seats, gold package, 6-CD changer, moonroof, bodies in good shape. It has 120,000 miles and they are asking $6800 which seems a little high to me. Is it?

Will it go another 120,000 miles?
