will 99 hood fit my 97

i could buy a new carbon hood but i have a 97 dx hatch and this application says 99 hood. all the websites i see for vis hoods has them listed for 96 thru 00. what u guys think?

be cautious the 96-98 has smaller headlights than the 99-00

I would lie to caution you about VIS. I have a hood from them. i love the style but the quality was not that great.
with the head lights beeeing smaller you will see a gap that looks real bad as well

Yea you didnt care for VIS?
They are ok I didnt have a problem. It was the best bang for the buck next to Fiber Images.
But honestly 2 of my friends have Fiber Images hood and the quality all around is way superior to any manufacture out there for CF hoods.
But if I had to get a new hood I would go with Fiber Images as opposed to VIS again. My CF trunk is Fiber Images..But I cracked it :frown:
