Shocks for 93 Cherokee

i was looking to upgrade the front and rear shocks on my 93 cherokee since the ride gets pretty rough, and since its only a 2wd i dont expect to take it off road. anybody got any suggestions on a nice all around set of shocks? and what should i look for - gas or nitrogen?

Gas pressurized and 'nitrogen' are the same thing. (They are pressurized with nitrogen.)

I use Monroe Sensa Tracs on the front of my Jeep which are great.
I use cheapo no-name gas pressurized shocks on the back, which are a bit soft and bouncy, especially with a load in the back.
