acclaim fuel problems PLEASE HELP!!!

hey i recently bought a 94 plymouth acclaim with 70000 miles and it won't start. the fuel pump is putting out a slight drip when i turn it over, but it isn't getting gas at the intake. what could this be fuel pump out? is there an inline fuse for the fuel pump? what about an axcess panel? any help is good. thanks. :grinyes:

have you checked your fuel filter?
