Gurgling Engine Noise 03 GT

Hi I have a 2003 Grand AM GT 3.4 V6 with 35,000 miles. I have a gurgling type noise coming from my engine when accelerating from a stop or when accelerating to get up to speed. It usually happens when making left turns, but it will also happen when going straight or turning right. The bizarre part of it is it always happens at night. The AC can be on or off. It doesn't last long and will stop when I let off the gas.
For the past month I have spent more hours than I wish at the Pontiac dealership.
They have replaced the intake and valve cover gaskets due to a mystery loss of coolant none of the ground, but the overflow container was empty and a visible oil leak.
The coolant overflow container was empty again. They replaced the water pump and drive belt.
The fuel pressure regulator was leaking they replaced it.
The AC compressor was noisy they replaced it.
To date they have no clue as to what is causing the gurgling noise. Another description is take a straw and blow bubbles in a glass of liquid. I have tried recording it, but you cannot hear it on the tape.
Thank you for any help.

I smell a lemon, the coolant is going somewhere.

I would see if there is some type of clog in the coolant system maybe in the radiator. Are you having any problems with the car other then the noise? Since you say it happens more at night, maybe there is another cause such as electrical... If anything, bring it to another dealer/garage to get a second opinion

There are no other problems other than the noise. The coolant loss stopped after the water pump was replaced.
