Running lights won't go off

My 93 Grand Marquis has been sitting in driveway for past couple of months.

I would like to start driving it again, but running lights stay on even when car is off an key is out. I don't recall having this problem when car was last running.

I'm moving and my service manual is packed. Anybody got a wiring diagram for lights, or know what the issue may be?

If it is multifunction switch, I don't have cash to replace it right now and would rather do a quick and dirty - cut wire to headlight relay and wire up extra switch to dash.

On the rad support there is a small black box with heat sinks (fins) and a wiring harness going to it (says made in the UK on it), that's your DRL. try to disconnect the harness from it, see if that will give you a quick fix. You will have to remove the plastic rad suport cover to get to it, you know the one with the little access doors for your headlight bulbs.

Removal of module worked like a charm.
