97 Cougar motor mounts

Does anyone have experience with replacing the left motor mount on a 1997 Cougar 3.8L? If so, please give me a brief procedure. There doesn't seem to be easy access and looks like one or more things (alt, power sterring pump, etc.) may need to be removed. Thanks. BTW, I have the car on jack stands and need to get this done asap.
