Radio wiring

Does anyone know the wiring colors for a stock radio in the 96 taurus?
I've been trying and thinking about putting a 10 disc cd changer in and I need the 12 V batt. and the 12V ignition. I thought maybe I could use the 2 that go to the radio , splice it and send it to the disc changer.I'd probably have to get a bigger fuse for it too......
Any suggestions or answers would be great.

the CD changer normally gets its power from the umbilical cord that connects it to the indash cd player
