New to the Diamond Star

Hello,
I just purchased a leftover new 04 Lancer Sportback LS. I traded in a Ford Focus on it, hence the screename, and I was wondering what I should be on the look-out for on the Lancer and some Mitsubishi quirks in general?
I like the car so far, the MIVEC engine seems really responsive and has a pretty nice growl to it. It is an automatic, but it seems to be fairly "sporty" in response and in shifting ( I understand it's an adaptive tranny) In short, giving up the manual tranny in the Focus doesn't seem bad, considering the Mitsu has more torque and horsepower.
I didn't go for the Ralliart version because I am using the car for business ( 3k miles a month) and I wanted the more compliant ride from the LS suspension and the less aggressive 195/60/15 tires ( which are also cheaper and easier to find)
Any other Sportback owners on here?
