Engine Check light is on, doorlocks and radio do not work

Battery has been replaced and the 100 amp fuse has been replaced; now the door locks and the radio do not work unless the vehicle is running or the key is turned to AC.

In addition, the engine check light is on. All of the fuses are good near as I can tell.

Any ideas?

pull the codes on it. i dont know how. but im sure someone does!

check the fuse labeled "room" in the driver kick panel..... it should be sticking out farther than the others
