93 Prelude SI blown head gasket

Okay. This car has a blown head gasket. The guy said the radiator had a crack in the hose and spewed all over the place while he was drivinh. He pulled over. His friend later did a compression test. And said he had a blown head gasket. I'm not worried about installing a new head gasket. But what other things could be wrong with the motor after this???
