Remote entry on key?

The remote entry key fob is a convenience, but two of the things on one keyring gets rather bulky. I know Lexus puts the functionality on the key itself. I figured, "OK, that's what you get for the big bucks," but I recently saw a Honda key with it.

Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket company that can put the remote entry buttons on a key for the TB?
