Main Crank Brg torque specs.

Can someone please supply the following..?
Torque value
Mains
Oil pan
Plenum
Valve covers
and possibly a link on how to align the timing belt cogs.

If you check the FAQ, under the 60k tuneup links, they should tell you how to align the timing belt
This link has a diagram with torque specs for the intake plenum bolts:

I wanna say that the valve cover requires 7ft/lbs, but I'm not positive...

only the Main and the timing belt alignment are critical values. the rest just tighten down well.
EDIT: oh, and make sure to buy a quality timing tensioner if you're changing the belt.

Looks like I need the tensioner for sure, the belt seems to go slack if it stops at a certain place.
