Installing Power Door Lock Kit

Hey all. I want to install a Power door lock kit with remote entry on my 98 Sunfire GT. Has anyone out there installed a kit? Is it possible to be done without the aid of a pro? How long does the process take? Any info would be awsome. P.S. Alpine rules!
