Electrical problems

98 grand voyager 3.3 the car will start and running OKEY. the problem is instrument cluster doesn't work (blnk). i check for codes : ccd trans & ccd bcm. what do you guys think the problem? thanks for help

Before you do anything else...Disconnect your battery! Clean the + and the - posts and the cables that attach to them. Check the chassis ground that goes from your batteies - post to the frame(chassis) and clean that too. Shiny metal to shiny metal is good. Rust and corrosion is not your friend.
Leave the battery disconnected for 10 minutes. By doing this you will also force the MODULES to reset themselves. Your vehicle may ride a little different for the first few drives while it learns how you drive again.
