fuel pressure reg setting {psi}

I'm running LEAN and I think I have my psi set to low on my fuel reg. Whats a good setting? When I read it at fuel throttle (fuel line off the reg) it reads 38psi. So yea Im sure its to low. Feedback please. I got this 98 b18c5 type R, that wants his ass handed to him tonight. So, I need the lude ready to perform. I got a 930pm EST, deadline.

Quick tip for you, call your local Autozone (or parts store of your choice) and they can tell you what the factory psi setting for fuel pressure should be, Hondas by nature are set to run rich to avoid detonation.
