should i upgrade the fuel pump, injectors or get a fuel pressure regulator? which is more beneficial? this is for a b16a. i can get my hands on ITR injectors and a GSR fuel pump. which should i get first? i dont have the cash to get all of them at once so i need to pick the best bang for my buck

What are your future plans for the engine? If you're just doing bolt on stuff you don't really need to upgrade. If you plan on F.I. or something like high compression all-motor then yes. I would recommend some 450cc dsm injectors and maybe a holley fuel pump. Any pressure regulator wil do and I prefer and AEM fuel rail because it will leave the option open for a nitrous kit in the future.

i want to upgrade becos im not too sure where my plans are...turbocharging it seems the way to go but n/a is more realistic. nitrous is out of the question as it is illegal for street use. this car is driven daily (and will be) after whatever path i take... it wont be no 10 sec car but mid 13s sounds nice :D

if you're not going forced induction, then you're wasting your money.

Out of curiousity, why would you recommend upgrading the fuel delivery system if the only thing that has been changed is the compression ratio (or would you)?
