sorry to bug but does ne1 know where u can find stuff about wuts legal or wuts not on a car. for example how low the car can be, how loud the exhasut note can be, etc etc.... perhaps maybe a book that u can get aat the dmv or an internet site. thanks

I'd say you could get some info from your DMV, laws change from state to state so I couldn't say for sure.

depends on where u live it the sound goes by decimals in N.Y. that they have a meter here they test it with.
