B18b1 swap help

I am putting a b18b1 in my 91 hb. I am running it w/ obd0 pr4 ecu. Can I use my stock 1 wire O2 sensor on a DC sports header w/ o2 sensor located before the cat?

obd0 02 sensors are always before the cat as far as i have seen. but as far as the other sensors go if your running a obd0 ecu on an obd1 engine it may not run just right with some of the extra sensors, cause if i am right the obd1 B-series engines have a knock sensor, and some, not sure on B-series, have crank angle sensors also so just make sure you know all the details before you get it all started, but just something to have a heads up on
