86 fuse box location?

I got a 86 grand marquis for free from my dad. It has 68000 miles on it and runs like a top. The flasher seems to be acting up sometimes it works but most of the time the lights just stay on. I can not seem to be able to locate the flasher in the car. Where is it located?
