easy care extended warranty

I am shopping for the easy care warranty for my 2001 BMW 325i with just 22000 miles. I am not using the car a whole lot since my retirement. Is easy care warrant a good one to buy. There are so many companies trying to get me insurance. I am somewhat inclined to buy easy care as it is offered through car dealers only. I will welcome any comments/advice, especially BMW onwers who have easy care. Thanks

I am not a BMW owner but I did purchase an Easy Care warranty on my Ford Escort when I bought it. It paid a $400 bill for replacing the fuel pump when it went so I got my money's worth out of it.
