Need @ Get Fixed

Im lost. My catalytic converter is rattling but i think it may just be some of the honey comb loose or part of the exhaust that broke in it. Have trouble starting it just wont turn over. takes 3 tries till it starts then you could hear the catalytic converter sounds like crap. BUT if it sits less then 25 min it will start right up.

What i did:
New
*********
rotor and cap
spark plugs
fuel filter
starter
fixed exhaust (was crushed from 4 wheeling)
battery
running out of money to keep trying to fix it.

Replace it.....
