True duels

Well I finally went out and bought a set of Gibson Headers for my '94 Chevy. I had a shop install them because I have no patience for that type of work. I decided to go with true duels, with high flow cats and a pair of magnaflows runniing straight out the back, capped off with a pair rolled chrome tips. Sounds frickin' incredible! Anyway the next day I noticed my service engine soon light flash on for about 20 seconds then goes away. Comes back on every once in awhile. Just wondering if the lack of an oxygen sensor on the header is causing the light? I see a spot for one. Should I put one on in place of the one that was on the stock manifold? Haven't put a scan tool on the truck yet. Only seems to read a code if the light stays on.

I would definately reinstall the O2 sensor. Without it your engine has no idea how much fuel to add to the mix. It is probably running in limp mode which will kill your gas mileage and eventually your cats.

Ditto! Get that O2 sensor back in immediately! I would question the quality of work from a shop that would leave it out in the first place.
