remote wont work and car dont start

this is me again guys asking for help cause I have tried everything and I am out of ideas here.....the car does not start however it is cranking and the strange part is the power locks dont work either by the door switch or by remote. the radoi lights and starter all work fine,so does the blower and the trunk lock only thing that dont seem to work is the fuel pump and doorlocks/window
what is this ?
