Well, I've had my '97 silver gsx for over a year and a half now and ive never regretted owning it. It is fast as shit and overall a great car for someone to own. I have put a lot of money and time into it and its been worth it. There have been a lot of tight races with it... most of which ive won. Anyways, theres a sweet story ive come to tell. I have a weightlifting coach who thinks his ford taurus SHO is fast as hell and thinks he would blow me away with it. ive been tellin him to race me since over a year ago and he has kept sayin that if he sees me on the streets its on but hes not gonna set it up. I dont know why but i think its cuz he was all talk. I recently got my EVO III turbo and it pulls like a raped ape now and it feels like a new car. Anyways, yesturday i was leavin a car show in town here and i pulled out onto the main street and he pulled out from the opposite side. He was in a different car tho, his dad's '77 Cougar. Found out later it had near 400 horsepower and a lot of money invested in it. It was in the car show and he was bringin it home. Anyways, i looked over and he was pointing at me and i didnt recognize him at first but then we put it down from about 15 and we were dead even with noone pulling until about 80 when he shut down beacuse of a car way up ahead. He now has respect for my car and its four cylinders. He knows now that his little SHO has no chance and i think hes regretting talking shit and calling my car a little rice burner. I love my gsx.
