Anyone Ever Replace A Pulse Generator?

Got any diagrams or instructions on how to do this on a 99 Eclipse Spyder 2.4 engine?

I cant give you an exact definition but it attaches to the transmission and i believe it signals the transmission on the correct gear the gear shift is in. Something like that.

A pulse generator also sounds like it could be something with the fuel injectors. They receive an electrical "pulse" that tells them when to open and close, i know that. But i would think that that would come from the computer....i.e. the injector timing circuit? Just my :2cents:
