Cigarette lighter

Just checked my lighter and the extra "plug" on my 2001 model and they don't work and I think it's a fuse problem. Is the fuse box responsible in the engine compartment or is it under my rear seat (which for the life of me I can't pull up to get to the second fuse box). Thanks in advance.

I believe it is under the back seat in my 2000. Check your owners manual. Give one side of the back seat from the front a quick yank up and it should loosen. Then do the other side. The seat is held down by clips and not bolted in.
