Hicas, Radio, Dashlights

I have problems with the HICAS light is on and the right rear tire is toed in slightly. Is there a way to manually adjust the wheel so that it is true.

Anyone know the fix for a dead power supply to the radio?

Finally the dash lights go off fiddling with the dimmer and the switch dont work but has come back on once. Is there a relay or something that could cause this?

I had the exact problem with the dash lights. Eventually it went to the headlights and I was forced to pay a mechanic about $1,000 to diagnose and finally swap out the multi-something switch (the switch that turns your head lights, turn signals, etc on). That might help with one of your issues.
