91 z24 specs

Hi everyone, I have a 1991 cavalier z24 3.1 I need to know what are the stock specs and what it would take to achieve 350 hp. I have 3 grand to spend, all help is appreciated.

350 hp, eh? I'd say your first step is to get more money.

How much more money? I'm pretty serious about this project, and any advice is helpful. I have someone currently working on it for me and I dont want to be ripped off.
