1999 silverado engine hesitation

My truck really hesists and loses power when it is wet or damp outside but as soon as you dump some injector cleaner or octance plus it will run great again. The fuel pump was just replaced about 6,000 miles ago. Does anybody have any suggestions to what this might be because it burns a ton of gas right now? Thanks for any suggestions anyone might have!!!!!!!!!!
