No big deal... :evillol: YEY! I decided to splurge and spend $140 on my ticket to get the best seats in the house. :eek7: Going with my friend this month at the PNC Bank Arts Center. I'm gonna rock so hard my face will explode. Or something. Anyone else going?

I went i think 2 years ago, had a fucking blast. Hope you have a good time there are some great bands playing you lucky bastard. Im just jelous. Oh and dont buy any pot off of the security people, their stuff is crap.

I'd go, but I need to make money for college. Otherwise, my ass would be there :smile:.

I really don't know yet. The Bled, ehh....they were okay live...but their music is rockin! Slipknot has to be the best performers!

eh, i'm not really a Slipknot fan. but i don't hate on those who are, to each his own.

i saw The Bled on Halloween last year, and they all came out on stage in full costume. the lead singer, lead guitarist, and bass player were all dressed up as Jack Daniel's bottles (big foam costumes), and the other guitarist was a bush or something. the best was the drummer. he was wearing a big foam suit shaped like a banana, so seeing this big banana go absolutely crazy on the drum kit was pretty fuckin' funny.

Thats really funny. They didn't do that for the Subliminal Verses Tour. Good stuff though.

Went to ozzfest today. Unless you go see second stage stuff, your 140 will be wasted. In flames never gets a chance to warm up, zakk wylde is zakk wylde, mudvayne isnt too bad, and Iron Maiden kicks serious ass. I didn't stay for the black sabbath though. Too tired. Zombie and KSE are worth the wait and extra effort.

Better go this year because it is the last one ever...

Well hopefully In Flames will kick ass when I go. I willt ry to stay as much as I can. I've already seen a bunch of these bands, but I would like to see some again and of course a couple of the others.

I wish I was going... I just wanna see In Flames. My friend is leaving on August 5 to follow Ozzfest for like a month. She bought VIP tickets to like 3 shows.

It doesnt get much better than Swedish / Norwegian Death Metal.

It was HOT as hell out, around 95. Everyone was burnt :D

In Flames totally got jipped. The second stage ended at 4pm, and they started at exactly 4pm. They didn't have a crowd though because everyone had to go from stage to stage, which was a bit of a walk. :( They should have just been on second stage.

Soilwork and Killswitch absolutely destroyed. :ylsuper: Iron Maiden also stole the show. What an awesome day. Every band played really well. It was worth all the money we spent.

Couldn't have said it better myself, just shifted an hour back, but we stayed 13 hours.
