b18b1 with which axles?

I am building a b18b1 for my 91 civic. I can't get advise that is repeatedly the same on which axles or axle/spindle applications to use. I don't want special made axles (hasport, Avid, etc.), I want to be able to buy over the counter axles. Some insight would be appreciated on what setup to use for reliability without sacrificing reliability and turning radius. I am also using a b16 tranny. positive feedback only please.

a b series axle will fit in.(exept for the hf spindels i believe) the only this you have to do to the axles is remove the dust caps for clearence.other then that they bolt in with out any problems of steering.

axles depend on transmission... but with a standart 5speed LS tranny you use the 90-93 axles... unless you have a 4speed in the car originaly, then you need to change the hubs.

with these axels you MIGHT need to remove the dust cap on them I never did but some do.

In my B16 I use standard off the shelf 90-93 integra axles and have a 90-93 5spd half shaft.

I my car had a D-series 5 speed transmission. I have a 94 integra ls automatic half shaft. Can I use this half shaft? If so which axles? Should I have to replace my spindles? I am using an S1 b16 tranny.

if you plan on using a 5spd tranny that half shaft will not work. ditch it and go buy a 90-93 5spd one.

then use standard 90-93 Teg 5spd axles.
