85 4X EFI Firing only 1 & 3. Test says RPM Help

I just did all this work on my truck and when I put it back together it ran great
for about ten minutes. Then it started to get this stutter off idle and was losing
power.
Long story and numerous trips to parts store for new battery, wires, cap & rotor, fuel pump and PVC with injector cleaner. I have chased it down to the fact that
#2 & #4 are not igniting. Now, I have put in new wires, cap and rotor and have seen the sparks jump. Good there.
I then was able to get the book translated and figure out the ECU self testing.
It is telling me that it is in the RPM System a) igniter connection b) igniter
c) injector d) Computer.
Now can anyone HELP ME!!!!!!! I have been at this for two days. PLEASE!

Is it a resister? I listened to the main EFI relay and it "clicks" with ignition.

Hey there, Don't know if you got fixed yet, but had similar problems a couple times with an 87, and sounds like the same codes. First time was a bad igniter. Truck would miss and lose power, then restart after a while,. Had spark at all four plug ends, and then finally would not start at all. Getting fuel and tried literally everything, except... finally, swapped out igniter with a good used one, and that was 90,000 miles ago. Second time, same truck similar problem except just a bad miss. That one was a bum ECU. Swapped out with a used one and good to go. Hope this helps.
