squeaky front end

I have an 02 2wd Tahoe with about 45k miles on it. I have acquired a squeaking noise on the passenger side of the vehicle. I can get underneath it and pull down on the tow hooks and hear the noise. Any idea where this could be coming from? Shocks? Bushings? Any input on how to diagnose, pin-point, and treat this symptom would be greatly appreciated.

i had the same problem with my tahoe. Took it in and they told me it was the shocks but thats a wear and tear item and cant be replaced for free. So i went and lifted it so I could replace them. Now I have no squeeks and a High Hoe.
