e--brake cable

I just got my 91 Regal custom. I was told that the e-brake cable is disconnected. I searched for cables online and saw that there seems to be three cables. Is this right? If so, where would I find them and maybe, even better, someone has a diagram.

Is this an easy fix?

should be 3 cables, right rear cable, left rear cable and front cable.
