Help Me Please

I have taken the trans pan off, and the trans fluid filter out, but the o-ring is stuck in the trans still...... how do i get it out without damaging stuff?

A dental pick with a sharp metal end will work the best but if you don't have one then use a piece of wire and sharpen the end slightly, a heavy paper clip should work. Put it up inside the hole and you should be able to push it into the O-ring and pull it out.
