'02 Highlander PowerSteering Fluid Flush

Hey y'all,
I went to the dealership yesterday and took care of the prepaid maintenance portion (oil change, etc). On inspection they stated that the transmission fluid and power steering fluid should be changed. It was dark in appearance.
The Transmission fluid flush portion looks easy enough, but the power steering? Is there a plug to drain that? Any thoughts and ideas? BTW, my 02 Highlander has about 40K on it. Should I even need to?
