what would be a nice sounding exhaust and good performace. i was thinkin of Apexi N1 exhaust and N1 downpipe. 2.5 or 3.0? are they street legal? and also is it necessary to get a high flow converter? i dunno which one to get thanks. 97 gst

For a turbo car, 3" would be about perfect. Don't bother with name brands, they are just metal piping like anything else. The size of the piping, the muffler, and your car are what make the sound. Yes, they are street legal. No, it is not necessary to get a high flow cat, but would definately not hurt, unless you have emission testing in your state. Then you have to leave it on, or just put it back on when you get tested.
Go to a shop, and get a custom 3" setup. Half the cost, for the same thing without having Apexi stamped on it, like anyone ever sees that anyway.
