1989 continental idleing real high??????

out of no where it started idleing real high we were listening to the stereo alot and the batt kept dying any fuses or wires i can check out

I'll bite. I had a ford van with a pinhole coolant leak that sprayed on the Throttle position sensor. Look for that If real high (3000 rpm) otherwise
look for vacuum leak.
