First death, and a kill

well me and my friend were in his black cougar c6 driving around after the fair and we come to my house. we were about to pull out fo my driveway when this guy in a silver mustang with a body kit stops behind us blocking us in, gets out and says is that thing stock we say yea then he asks if we wanna race on beck.(a good long flast road right beside my hosue) i look at my friend he says yea.so we line up and he counts down 3...2...1... we gun it we were bumper and bumer through 1st,2nd,and then third this guy shifts and gets 2 cars on us and then shuts down. he slows down and turns around and oulls into my driveway, we talk a little bit and turns out this guy had some mods(cold airintake a nice BOV a twin turbo, and a custom exhaust system.)
and then after that we head out again to justd rive around. well we come to a red light and this guy in a honda civic i think a 2000 then i roll down my window and he asks u wanna run that cougar and i say yea. my friends says he doesnt know if he wants to since he already lost, i told him he had it. then he says on green to the next light, it turns green, we end up getting a car on him through 1 to 2 then through second start gaining then 2 cars going from 2-3 then we shut down. after that no one else wants to race us.

thats kind of odd...a silver mustang (someone you dont know) just pulls behind you guys and blocks you in and challenges you to a race?....... :sly: ..........and a twin turbo mustang, i dont think u would of hung with him if ur cougar is stock....... :uhoh:

The guy in the silver mustang is a friend of my dads i guess thats y he blocked us in and asked us. and the guy had to slow down cuz he thought someone was turning on to beck thats the only we cuz ive seen that mustang run before with a bmw m3 on beck before and thats the only way fi we wouldnt have slowed down a lil bit going into 2nd he would have had like 3 cars on us.

ok for one, i know im not old enough for a permit, im not bragging to you its just rare that im in a race since im so young, so i decided to post them, two it was a mercury cougar v6 the color was black, and i know the mustang would have owned us bad if he didnt slow down.

BIOHAZARD I really hope you never race or you contract some sort of deadly disease and die before you can get your license and take someone else out as your car goes up in flames smashed against another car on a sidestreet because you held the pedal down all the way while revving up some FWD vehicle then as you dropped the clutch, torque steer took control of where the car was heading and you take out some innocent individual. Hopefully the cops will catch you and get your license before you can get too much time on the road.

Street racing is an absolutely stupid motive for getting your license. HEY I CANT WAIT TIL IM 16 AND CAN STREETRACE. You're exactly the kind of person the "street racing" scene if you will, wants to get away from. Granted I've raced, had a great fun time doing it and will never forget some of my times, you can't just be some ignorant kid who's only goal is to go out and race as soon as you get a car. Reading your posts is like listening to that media coverage on street racers that showed that guy saying "there are thousands of kids who just watched fast and the furious and are ready to go". Stop yourself before your death or other's deaths caused by you adds more fuel to the fire of those who oppose racing and demand higher punishments for people who do race. Hell in FL aren't they pushing for something to pass for giving the police the ability to seize your car if they catch you racing? How much do you want to bet thats all because of some ignorant kid who wanted nothing more than to race all his time on the roads and who killed someone because of it?

in any gear, it would have been no contest. I'm sorry but I felt it necessary to speak my mind and vent out a little. Kids who want to streetrace so bad before getting their licenses are asking for trouble and obviously need to mature a bit, thats the process I'm attempting to enhance a little when I yell at the poor boy.
