wax problem

yea my little sister thought for a good birthday present she would wash and wax my car with out me knowing... i now have wax circles on my front and back bumper where the paint if fadeing. i have worked to try and get it off but it just wont. any ideas on how to get it off?

That happened to me before....dried wax because I missed it. The cool thing is that when I rewaxed it (about 4 months later), I was super careful about getting everything off so I the old wax came off too. So yeah, I think if you rewax your car and be super careful about getting everything off, the old wax should come off too. Good luck. :)

If she waxed it with a natural wax, like a carnauba, then rewaxing should soften the old wax and remove it.
If this doesn't work, or if she used a polymer wax, then I would use a pure polish. (make sure it's a polish, not a wax labeled a polish, there's a difference). This will cut through and remove the old wax. Just make sure to put on a new coat of wax on, for protection and enhanced shine, afterwards.
