it worked for me. anyways...
it looks like a very clean, very well taken care of car. $5100 isn't too bad of a price either, especially if it's as nice inside and under the hood as it looks from the outside. find out some history on it if you can. who owned it before? kid? grandma? that'll tell you a little bit about how it was treated. overall it looks like a good deal to me.

i'd get the spyder, but the thing is that the owner is not answering my phone calls,i called him 3 times yesterday, i'll try to call him today during my lunch, i'll let you know how everything goes,
also another question that i had, i read in a post before, that 2G turbo cars come with dual exhaust tips, my question is, is it the same with the 2G turbo spyder? or 2.4L spyder?

Both 2g spyders turbo/non turbo came with dual exhaust tips. The turbo one is 4g63 and the non turbo is the 2.4L 4g64.

For a 1997 Spyder GS-T with 88K miles, I'd call $5100 a deal (provided nothing's blown, everything works). But since the seller doesnt seem to be responding, thats usually not a good sign... if you can hit up the guys location and check the car out, I'd say go for it. Spyder all the way!
