something is making my tail light wires burn does anyone now why
I try to hook up aftermarket radio and pop some fuses I replace the fuses but something is burning the wire in the back light

Seriously, there's at least one factory hot wire seriously grounded. If it blew fuses, then you installed fuses with a high enough capacity to melt wires, your in the wrong business.
I'd start by reversing everything you've installed so far, especially where wires are near body parts. With the proper conversion harness this installation should be plug-n-play. If you had to cut wires to get where your at this far, you didn't do your homework first.
Once everything is removed, see if your still blowing normal rated fuses and/or burning things.
If you need references to finding the correct connector conversion kits for the job, list the components your trying to install....
