Noise when shifting

I just bought a 91 integra. I just started noticing that it made somewhat of a squeeling/screeching noise when I'm pressing the gas and releasing the clutch slowly. Same thing when I shift to 2nd/3rd and press the gas before I completely release the clutch. And when I down shift from 4th to 3rd (possibly other gears) it makes the same noise. And to top it off, it's difficult for me to put the car in any gear when I first start the car. I have to wait at least 2-3 minutes for it to warm up before I'm able to shift it easily and not have to force it in.
Any idea? Bad clutch? Bad tranny? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

The problem shifting when you first start the car sounds like bad tranny oil. Our 2nd gen Cars take motor oil for the tranny instead of gear oil. Gear oil is too thick and it can be hard to shift because of that.

Thanks. I'll try to replace the tranny fluid soon. Anyone have any other suggestions as to the noise problem when shifting??????
