My starter went out on my olds and i have so idea were to find the starter PLEASE help this is very important i start work in a week and currently have no way to get there

Which motor is in the car? What year?

Follow the Red (+) battery cable, that'll lead you to the starter. Should be on the front side of the engine to the left side of the car, at the transmission.
