95 Chevy Blazer

I just bought a 95 blazer which was half torn apart because of having to replace the head gaskets. I finished the job, got it put together as best as I can tell and when I went to start it the first time, the lights wouldn't even come on. I didn't have my tester so I just tried to charge the battery over night. Next day, same thing so I replaced the battery, still nothing. Is there a fuse I might be missing? I've checked the fuses by the driver's side door and the main fusable link coming from the positive cable. Is there a fuse I don't know of? Or is there another further down the fusable link? Any help could save a lot of sanity, thanks.

I would look to the lighting harness connection (big fat harness running along the driver side fender to a huge weather pack) Back track it and check all your grounds as well. And check your bulbs.
As to the fuses use a meter to check them. A lot of times they don't look bad but they are, a meter will confirm.

I'll give that a try, I borrowed my dad's tester and found that power is at least going to the alternator so I'll hunt it down. Thanks.
