need honda help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a 91 Honda civic and I cannot locate the ECU module can someone tell me and another ? is there a safety fuel switch shut off somewhere on this car????? any help is appreciated.

its located on the floorpan on the passenger side under the carpet near the firewall, and no there is no shut off switch.
